My name is Muriel Hahn. I’m a 25-year-old sushi lover, living with cats. I’m in the Los Angeles area of California and I photograph a lot of nouns: parties, people, weddings, foreign countries, children, families, pets, plants, food…
I’m also a cancer survivor. Or cancer warrior. Whichever way you wish to interpret the fact that I was affected by the Big Ol’ C. Nowadays, cancer is not a part of my life. I don’t like dwelling on it, but I’m an emotional being, so there is no avoiding the occasional remembrance.
I went to school for graphic design and still love it, but there is quite a difference between wedding photography clients and design clients. I appreciate that difference and so I began pursuing what made me happiest. I like to think that my passion comes through to my clients, and that event photography or portrait photography is more than snapping a photo.
Besides being a photographer, I act, hike, play piano, declare myself a francophile, cook, and read.
So this is my blog, and BAM! I’m done.
i finally found time to respond to your blog.it’s awesome! i still ask our mighty God to give you a healthy health throughtout your life. love you so much. mom
I found your site searching for info about the misha mokwa trail. Your photography is stunning — can you provide info about your equipment and post processing? The flower close ups are just super. But even the everyday scenes have a wonderful nostalgia quality to them.
Muriel,
I’m a friend of Nancy and Paul Sr. I was reading Nancy’s blog and clicked on your site. Your pictures are Amazing! You are so talented and have a unique style. I enjoyed viewing all your work.
I look forward to seeing more of your work.
I sent a link to a friend of mine who goes to Biola and is majoring in film. She did some pictures of my grandchildren that were also amazing. She also has a unique style. I’m sure she will enjoy your gallery. Would you be interested in doing any student films. She is currently making her film and I know has friends in the process of casting. No money just experience.
I haven’t seen Little Paul since he was little he was so cute. He has grown up to be a very handsome guy. Best of Luck to you both. Linda
