I don’t know why I say that.

This past Saturday, I was invited as a guest to Davin and Magdiela’s engagement party in Arcadia. I knew it would be luau themed, but they really went all out and even hired dancers.

You may remember D+M from the photo shoot for their film with Andrea. Well, now we’re all friends and I was so excited when I saw on Facebook that Davin proposed to Magdiela at Disneyland! They also planned this whole party and decorated the backyard themselves – even the fogging totem pole and photo booth was made by them! It’s so refreshing to meet people like us, DIYers that know you can save money if you just cover the basketball hoop with brown paper to make it a volcano.
